zp999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

To register and use the zp999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum age requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the zp999 platform through a self-exclusion request or an enforcement action taken by zp999.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Each player may register one and only one account with zp999. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms. zp999 reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same person, void any winnings generated across those accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Your account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members or friends.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless the unauthorised activity results directly from a security failure on zp999's part.
• You must notify zp999 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• zp999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

All deposits to zp999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zp999 supports the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. zp999 does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. These minimums are subject to change with notice.
• Deposits are processed instantly for most payment methods. In the rare event that a deposit is delayed, contact zp999 customer support with your transaction reference number.
• zp999 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawals from your zp999 account are subject to the following conditions. zp999 aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within the same business day, subject to the conditions below:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal request will be approved. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus rollover is incomplete will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• zp999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC documentation is outstanding or if unusual account activity is detected.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature to obtain an undue advantage.
• Colluding with other players, using automated betting software (bots), or employing any strategy designed to circumvent the platform's RNG-based game mechanics.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using the zp999 platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits and withdrawals in a manner designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward zp999 staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.

All content on the zp999 platform — including but not limited to the zp999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of zp999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any zp999 content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from zp999.

zp999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players upon request through the zp999 support team:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may not be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Time-out: You may take a temporary break from the zp999 platform by requesting a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or place wagers.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond zp999's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service provider outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events) may cause temporary service interruptions. zp999 shall not be liable for any losses, including loss of winnings or missed wagering opportunities, arising from such interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zp999's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. zp999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and zp999, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting zp999 customer support at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause limits zp999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
